These Terms apply to all orders placed through the Site by you, the customer.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products at the prices (AUD) displayed at the time of checkout (including delivery and applicable taxes).

We may decline or cancel an order where:

• we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
• we are unable to fulfil the order for reasons beyond our control.

A binding contract is formed only once we accept your order and issue an order confirmation.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full using the original payment method.

Product Information – Jewellery
Our jewellery is crafted using a variety of materials and finishes.

Due to the nature of jewellery:

• slight variations in colour, texture, stone size or setting may occur;

• natural stones may contain inclusions or variations that are not defects. We make every effort to note these in the product descriptions; and

• enamelled pieces may chip or wear over time depending on use and care.

As all products are handmade, images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the final item. This does not apply to one‑of‑a‑kind pieces, which are shown as they are. Colours may vary due to lighting and screen differences, but we strive to represent each item as accurately as possible.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Payment must be made upfront using the payment methods available on the Site. Third‑party payment providers may apply their own terms.

We do not store credit card details.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are your responsibility.

6. Delivery, Title and Risk

Delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect information provided by you.

Title and risk pass to you once the products are delivered to the address you nominated.

If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit prior to delivery, please contact us promptly so we can assist with a carrier investigation or claim.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Consumer Guarantees and Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

In addition, we provide a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

• normal wear and tear;
• accidental damage, impact or misuse;
• exposure to chemicals, moisture, perfumes, lotions or cleaning products;
• failure to follow care instructions;
• loss of the product.

This warranty applies only to faults arising from the manufacturing process and does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us in writing within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

In addition, we provide a 6‑month warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

• loss of the product;
• chain breakage;
• normal wear and tear, including tarnishing or fading.

To make a warranty claim, contact us in writing within 6 months of delivery with proof of purchase and details of the defect.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and all related intellectual property remains our property.

You may use Site content for personal, non‑commercial use only.

You must not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our content without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for a breach of these Terms is limited, at our option, to:

• the replacement of the product;
• the repair of the product; or
• a refund of the amount paid for the product.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics or government actions.

12. General

Disputes: Parties must attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before commencing legal proceedings.
Notices: Notices may be sent by email or post.
Assignment: You may not assign rights under these Terms without our consent.
Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
