Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. During peak periods, processing may take up to 14 business days. Orders are processed on business days only and are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Once dispatched, delivery timeframes depend on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

- $10 AUD flat rate for orders under $150 AUD
Express Shipping
- Free for orders over $300 AUD
- $15 AUD flat rate for orders under $300 AUD
Registration and insurance are optional but recommended and additional costs will apply.

International Shipping
International orders are processed within 14 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and may take up to 14 days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance and local postal services.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Veiled Riches does not control or collect these fees.
International shipping rates vary by destination. Customers are required to contact us prior to purchase via our Contact Us page to obtain a shipping quote.
Delays
While we take reasonable steps to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur. Where goods are not delivered within a reasonable timeframe, customers may be entitled to remedies under Australian Consumer Law.
Lost or Damaged Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, Veiled Riches is responsible for ensuring goods are delivered in acceptable condition and within a reasonable time.
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by law.
Please retain all original packaging and provide photographs of any damage to assist with the resolution process.

This Returns & Refunds Policy works together with our Shipping Policy and does not limit or exclude any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Consumer Guarantees

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect selection, preference, or no longer wanting the item, unless required by law.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs and relevant order details to assist with assessment.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Return Process
Before returning any item, please contact us to receive return instructions. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
Where a return is required due to a fault or error, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs. For change‑of‑mind returns (if accepted), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
