You must contact us within 14 days of delivery, and the item must be unused, unworn and in original condition with packaging.

Yes. Change‑of‑mind returns are not available for:

  • earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • custom‑made or personalised jewellery
  • rings ordered in the wrong size
  • items altered, resized or repaired after delivery
  • gift cards
  • final sale items (unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law)

Approved change‑of‑mind returns are issued as store credit or exchange.
Original shipping costs are not refundable, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

All our jewellery comes with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
If your item has a manufacturing fault, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the issue.

Examples include:

  • a clasp or setting failing due to a defect
  • a stone falling out because it wasn’t set properly
  • a structural fault present at delivery

The following are not manufacturing faults:

  • normal wear and tear
  • tarnishing, fading or scratching from regular use
  • chain breakage caused by force, snagging or impact
  • enamel chipping or cracking from impact or wear
  • damage from water, chemicals, perfumes or lotions
  • damage caused by improper storage or care
  • loss of the item

Natural variations in silver, yellow gold, enamel and stones are normal and not defects.

Yes. We offer a 30 day warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty applies to both ready‑made and custom‑made jewellery and is in addition to your ACL rights.

Custom‑made jewellery cannot be returned for change of mind.
However, it is still covered for manufacturing defects under Australian Consumer Law and our warranty.

Please choose your ring size carefully before ordering.

  • Rings ordered in the wrong size are not considered faulty
  • Custom‑made rings cannot be resized once made
  • Size preference or measurement errors are not manufacturing defects

We recommend professional ring sizing before purchase.

To keep your jewellery in good condition:

  • remove it before swimming, showering or exercising
  • avoid perfumes, lotions, chemicals and cleaning products
  • store pieces separately to prevent scratching
  • clean silver and gold gently with a soft cloth
  • avoid impact or pressure on enamel pieces

Damage caused by lack of care may not be covered.
