Returns & Exchanges Policy

Last updated: 24 March 2026

This Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
It operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  1. Ready‑Made Jewellery – Change‑of‑Mind Returns

We offer change‑of‑mind returns on ready‑made jewellery where:

  • the return request is made within 14 days of delivery;
  • the item is unused, unworn and in original condition;
  • all original packaging is included.

Change‑of‑Mind Exclusions

Change‑of‑mind returns are not available for:

  • earrings (for hygiene reasons);
  • rings ordered in an incorrect size (see Ring Sizing below);
  • custom‑made or personalised jewellery;
  • items altered, resized or repaired after delivery;
  • items marked as final sale, unless faulty under ACL.

Refund Method

Approved change‑of‑mind returns will be issued as store credit or exchange.
Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  1. Custom‑Made Jewellery

Custom‑made or personalised jewellery is created specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged for change‑of‑mind.

However, custom‑made items are still covered by Australian Consumer Law and our warranty for manufacturing defects.

  1. Ring Sizing Disclaimer (Important)

Please ensure you carefully select the correct ring size before placing your order.

  • Ring sizes cannot be changed once an order is placed for custom‑made rings.
  • Rings ordered in the wrong size are not considered faulty.
  • Size discrepancies due to incorrect measurement or personal fit preference are not manufacturing defects.

We recommend having your finger professionally measured before ordering.

  1. Faulty Items & Australian Consumer Law

Our jewellery comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your item has a manufacturing fault, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include:

  • repair
  • replacement
  • refund

depending on whether the fault is minor or major under ACL.

Examples of Manufacturing Faults

  • clasps or settings failing due to a defect
  • stones falling out due to faulty setting
  • structural faults present at delivery
  1. What Is Not Considered a Fault

The following are not manufacturing faults and are not covered for refund or replacement under ACL or our warranty:

  • normal wear and tear
  • tarnishing, fading or scratching from regular use
  • chain breakage caused by force, impact or snagging
  • enamel chipping or cracking due to impact or wear
  • exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions or cleaning products
  • damage caused by incorrect storage or lack of care
  • loss of the item

Natural variations in silver, yellow gold and enamel finishes — as well as inclusions in stones — are normal characteristics and not defects.

  1. Warranty

In addition to your ACL rights, we offer a 30 day warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This warranty:

  • starts from the date of delivery;
  • applies to both ready‑made and custom‑made jewellery;
  • does not cover the exclusions listed above.
  1. Jewellery Care Instructions

To maintain the condition and longevity of your jewellery:

  • Remove jewellery before swimming, showering or exercising
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, chemicals and cleaning products
  • Store jewellery separately to avoid scratching or impact damage
  • Gently clean silver and gold with a soft cloth
  • Avoid impact or pressure on enamel pieces

Failure to follow care instructions may result in damage not covered by warranty or ACL remedies.
