Products

Veiled Riches offers jewellery, cut gemstones, and rough gemstones. Due to the natural characteristics of gemstones, variations in colour, clarity, inclusions, and size are to be expected and do not constitute defects.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Full payment is required prior to dispatch.

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

Shipping (Domestic & International)

We ship within Australia and internationally.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Veiled Riches is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processes.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance may be included or offered at checkout.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch, except where required otherwise under Australian Consumer Law.

Where insurance is not selected (if optional), Veiled Riches is not responsible for loss or damage in transit to the extent permitted by law.

Claims

Repairs outside warranty may be offered at a quoted cost.

Gemstone Authenticity & Disclosure

All gemstones are described in good faith and to the best of our knowledge.

Natural gemstones may display inclusions and natural variations.

Some gemstones may be treated (e.g. heat treatment), and such treatments will be disclosed where known.

Certification may not be provided unless explicitly stated.

Independent gemmological verification is recommended for high-value purchases.
